
Jamaican Jerk Chicken Soup
A spicey soup that will keep you warm in the cold winter months.

- In a large saucepan combine black beans, sweet potatoes, chicken broth, Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and pepper. Bring to boiling, reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender
- Stir in chicken and salsa. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes or until heated through.

Makes 4 servers (Aprox 2 cups / serving)
TIP: Add an extra sprinkle of Jamaican jerk seasoning and serve with lime wedges for squeezing.
